Riza accommodated my busy schedule and answered all questions with simple explanations and nothing was ever a problem!
The design and the fit of the dress were perfect, plus she even made sure it had pockets!

Riza is easy to deal with and very talented. She made extra straps for my wedding dress and it looked amazing and like the dress always had been like this. Also the adjustments of my dress were pretty good!

Riza is amazing! I came to her after trying the traditional bridal shop routes, as a plus size girl my options were very limited. One appointment with Riza put my mind at ease, I listed everything I was looking for in a dress, the colour, material, shoulders, skirt length… everything.. and I was quoted an extremely agreeable price!! everything Riza did for my dress was done with an extremely personal touch, and every stitch was done with pride and love. it truly showed on my big day!!! I cannot fault even one step through our consultation and fittings. she saw things i couldn’t see and made changes when needed. All my guests were completely taken away by the beauty and detailing of my wedding gown. Thankyou so much for making me look so beautiful on my wedding day by giving me the option of choice

I never really know what I like in a wedding dress, when I tried Riza’s collection, it was all gorgeous. I thought it would take me forever to find the right one for me, but when I did, it was everything I’ve never thought I wanted. She’s amazing and very accommodating especially since we live 400kms away from Perth, she did everything to accommodate us from choosing the right dress to the final fitting. Thanks to the lovely helpful ladies I have met so far at bridal obsessions. The dress I tried and ordered is perfect. My third visit was yesterday for Louise the amazing alterations expert to adjust the length. So very happy with the friendly service and great advice.

I was about to purchase a gown here however following seeing negative feedback ive decided not to. Stores which do not refund and apologise for faulty/damaged products should be reported and closed down. Thanks for the heads up

I hate putting negative stuff on FB but I think future customers should know how bad the service is here.
The dress I ordered was clearly faulty, I contacted the store to get it rectified and was met with a very rude, unhelpful and unprofessional ‘manager’ who decided it was my problem. Very much a place who doesn’t care after they get your money! Lucky for them they have a lovely dressmaker who is going to help me get it fixed in time.
Don’t buy dresses from here if you can help it!! The customer service is absolutely disgusting, under new management is not something I would be advertising.
